The BAI is pleased to announce that Kesling's Kitchen is open daily, 11:00 am to 9:00 pm. Our quick-casual establishment is centered around a Mugnaini wood-fired oven from Healdsburg, CA. Offerings for the summer include Neapolitan style pizzas, flatbread sandwiches, salads, scrumptious desserts, and more.
Chef Tom’s Mediterranean themed menu is prepared in house, from scratch, with the finest produce and ingredients possible, all in a casual atmosphere. Another feature is a modern beer and wine bar, with an ever-changing variety of wines and craft beers on tap. Enjoy a pint/glass with your meal, or while waiting for a take-away order.
WHY OUR WINE ON TAP IS BETTER: Try our superior quality tasting house wine. There is still a stigma lingering from a bad boxed wine experience decades ago and sometimes people assume that wine on tap means a lesser quality wine. This is not the case at all. More wineries are making as much of their wine available on tap as possible. Tap wine has to be fresh. That means it must be treated correctly to avoid over-oxidation or over-heating. Kegged wine actually makes this a lot easier as the wine never touches air or gas until it is about to be served and a keg is less susceptible to variations in temperature. Wine on tap eliminates bottles left sitting around already open or being stored incorrectly.
